The arrangement was beautiful. The only issue was with the delivery,  the driver stated they made and attempt to deliver at 3:40 pm on 10/03/2023, but didn't. I checked with security and the buildings delivery service (which I have used many times before, for other floral deliveries, Harry and David, and editable arrangement) neither received an attempt. I didn't get a call ; however the number I provided for my sister, which works in the building did receive a voice-mail from the driver, but when she tried to call the driver back they would not answer the return call. So the flowers were not delivered on the requested date, they were taken back to the florist. After receiving an email notification that the flowers were delivered on 10/03/2023, which they were not. I called the florist to find out what was happening, and spoke with Lauren, she 1st apologized for the confusion and for the flowers not being delivered on the day (her actual birthday), then she stated, she would enhance my order due to my inconvenience. She also sent me a picture of the flowers that were in fact enhanced beautifully and delivered on 10/04/2023.The only reason this business is getting 4 stars is due to Lauren Robertson. Would I used this business again, due to Lauren maybe.

10/10 recommend using Flowers of Charlotte for all of your floral needs. I found and booked a delivery for same-day, on a time crunch, and they made the most beautiful arrangement on a whim and had it delivered before 3pm. My mom hasn't stopped raving about how amazing they smell. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a floral delivery in the area.

Lovingly was amazing. I made a mistake on my friends address, and the flowers were delivered to her old address. They picked up the arrangement and re-delivered it to my friend for her 50th. The arrangement was beautiful. I have ordered from Lovingly before and will again. They are great to work with.
