Superb customer service!!! This place is amazing, they have some of the best type of flowers, arranged in a beautiful way. I had placed an order but had to change the address and get it delivered by 1pm, I must have called them like 3 times and every time the person answering my call was very patient and helpful in ensuring that the flowers got delivered to the changed address and on time. I was very nervous whether it would get delivered on time but they really understood the emotion behind my order and did everything they could to deliver it. Best customer service ever!!!

Wonderful local florist. I am from out of town and ordered flowers to go to the hospital for my sister. I did not realize there were multiple locations in the area and had put the wrong hospital and the wrong address. No problem! They fixed the address for me and delivered to the correct location, delivered within a couple of hours and provided a delivery confirmation. Oh and, the flowers were gorgeous and she loved them. I'll definitely be back. You're not getting service like this anywhere else.

Best customer service and beautiful flowers too. I called for a surprise delivery to my girlfriend at her new job. The delivery did not get to her because the front desk did not recognize her name. Flowers of Charlotte called me I was able to quickly provide a phone number for her and they were able to get her the delivery back to her right away. Thanks for reaching out to me to ensure my girl got her flowers. It made her feel super special. I will definitely use you again!
