However, the arrangement delivered did not reflect the quality shown online or the standard I expected for the price paid. Several flowers appeared wilted, drooping, or poorly arranged upon arrival, and the overall presentation felt unfinished and underwhelming for a special occasion like Mother’s Day. I’ve attached photos for reference in the email I sent to you guys before writing this review.
